Own and manage Deskpro’s customer case study program
I handle tailored outreach to long-term customers at key lifecycle milestones, coordinating with CSMs to ensure timing is right and the relationship is strong. I set up a referral system where reps can easily flag ideal candidates for case studies.
Internally, I organised a searchable library of case studies, categorised by items such as competitor switch, feature usage, and plan type. Making it easy for sales and marketing to surface relevant examples on demand for campaigns and prospecting.
