Designed and launched the Deskpro Certification exam and training process, including content creation, writing questions, assessment design, and implementation. I also contributed directly to the development of the certification site itself (I even wrote some of the code with support from my WebDev).
Designed the certificates enrolled clients are awarded upon passing their certification exam.
