Led internationalization (i18n) of the Deskpro platform, enabling support for 20+ languages

During my first year with Deskpro I led the i18n project. This involved reviewing and refining source English content to ensure clarity and consistency before translation.

Sourced and managed a translation agency, and developed detailed i18n and style guides to ensure accuracy, tone, and usability across languages. Created a proposal to enable continuous localization as development alongside releases to maintain translation for new features to help secure feature adoption for all managed languages.

The project helped improve product adoption and usability for non-English-speaking markets, and improved customer retention when migrating users from the legacy product where translations had been crowdsourced.
