Set up a workaround process to analyse sales and commercial calls in Chorus AI using ChatGPT. Transcripts were added to shared docs and Notion databases, then run through ChatGPT using prompts based on our sales playbook to automatically highlight key themes, questions, and feedback.

This helped align product, marketing, and sales around what prospects were really saying, making it easier to improve our messaging, positioning, and product prioritisation. Directly bringing voice of the customer into wider planning conversations.
