Designed modular web components and promotional banners in Figma for use across the Deskpro marketing site. These included homepage heroes, announcement banners, callout sections, and reusable content blocks to support launches and campaigns.

Designs and updates were informed by session recordings and heatmap data, which provided insight into how visitors interacted with the site, where friction points existed, and how to better surface key information in a clean, intuitive, and on-brand way.

Components were implemented by our web developer in Sanity (our headless CMS), with a focus on reusability, visual consistency, and ease of use across multiple site variations.
